    I covered all aspects of IT, from training to maintaining the servers. I will do whatever it takes to get the job done on time and under budget if possible.

    • Designed and implemented a new network backbone. It now has a fiber optic backbone, with four main switches. Each one is a 48 port 10/100/1000 with 4 GBIC connections. Each switch in secured and centrally located for the section of the building it resided.
    • Converted the misc. workroom to a server room. I replaced the one server with four. Each one able to handle 400 GB with hot swappable HDs.
    • I brought email in-house, and have it running on Mac OS Xserve.
    • Put in a LAN based help desk.
    • Headed up the design and installation the current security camera system with DVR backup with local and remote access to the live camera feeds on all three floors.
    • Maintain the phone and voicemail systems. As well as the install of new phones, setup voicemail boxes, and this is including the cabling of the wall plate termination.
    • Brought CD/DVD duplication in-house and setup direct to digital recording off the soundboard during live performances.
